Next chapter: Pacific Crest Trail

Hoping to do about 90 miles on the PCT. Finished 36 of them today and taking a rest day in Trout Lake, WA, on Saturday. This is one of many spectacular views we had of Mount Adams yesterday.

Concerning the Seattle Sauls

Welcome to the blog that tries to keep track of the Saul family in Seattle. It has some of the previous attempts at an online annual letter (formerly the Saul holiday letter) and was used to update how John was doing after surgery to remove a tumor in his skull.
The latest MRI (November 2014) showed nothing there (some of you suspected that all along) and no need to see the neurosurgeon for three years. Still on blood thinner, but doing fine.

Now getting ready for a summer of activities. Kathy has retired after 38 years at The Seattle Times, and John has promised not to even think about work until at least November. That should not be a problem with all that we have planned. Come share with us.
