It has slowly dawned on me over the past two days while I have been obsessed with blood clots in my leg, that good things are happening from the neck up. When I look out at the backyard, for instance, there are no longer two bird baths where I know there is only one. At first I thought the double vision was still there at certain focal lengths, but now I am cautiously saying that wherever I look, double vision is no longer getting the best of me.
I still have blurriness in the right eye, but this is definitely an improvement and means I can say goodbye to the surgical-tape eye patch (see photo). Can't wait to see the eye doc again to see if we can fix the remaining problems in the right eye.
Right now I'm going to dig out my Foreigner vinyl and see if the turntable still works.
