I'm home, looking forward to a shower and a nap

They sprung me from Harborview about an hour ago and I'm home. I had my double espresso and now it's time for a shower and a nap. I got some sleep in the ICU, but the nurses wake you up once an hour to make sure you are alive (I always was).

We'll probably take the weekend off and will check in Monday, when I go for the CT they will use to navigate through the canyons of my mind.

Concerning the Seattle Sauls

Welcome to the blog that tries to keep track of the Saul family in Seattle. It has some of the previous attempts at an online annual letter (formerly the Saul holiday letter) and was used to update how John was doing after surgery to remove a tumor in his skull.
The latest MRI (November 2014) showed nothing there (some of you suspected that all along) and no need to see the neurosurgeon for three years. Still on blood thinner, but doing fine.

Now getting ready for a summer of activities. Kathy has retired after 38 years at The Seattle Times, and John has promised not to even think about work until at least November. That should not be a problem with all that we have planned. Come share with us.
